I felt a sense of accomplishment today! Pulled my lazy bum off the couch and head for the JW Stadium Gym. Frankly, those complicated machines looks ...er complicated for a simple monotonous action, isnt it? Still, I couldnt chicken out once I reached but I made a (un)wise choice to approach their in-house instructor for a simple guide to the machines.

Me: Can I choose..a lady instructor?
Receptionist: Sorry Miss, the lady instructor is on leave today.
Me: WHY!!! (in my head) Male instructor strut over (I smiled...awkwardly)

Tried the rowing machine, stepper, cycling machine and did some free weights for my triceps. Best part, the sunset view over OCS Tower with trees in the horizon and the slowly crowded swimming pool is just mesmerizing.

I watched Tyra Banks mimicking noiselessly and her guests chatting furiously. You can watch angry ladies without hearing them - it spells P-E-A-C-E.

Yeps, I think I like Gym now.

I was unhappy last Saturday for what reason, I dont remember
but still I celebrated my birthday with all my loved ones.
Turned out I was happy in the end. HA.

Since I bought my 3.5 inch heels, I dedicate some effort to learning how to walk in them. YouTube - Legwork is a workout video dedicated to the art of walking in heels. The preview offers tips for correcting "wobbly ankles", "stiff knees" and (my personal favorite) "gripping of the thighs". WAHAHAHA. Girls, if you are going to drop a grand on those Louboutins and Choos, better learn to walk properly first.
